Preheat your 22 inch Blackstone on medium low heat.
Once a drop of water will sizzle on the Blackstone, lay out the slices of 1 lb bacon across the top of the Blackstone so they are not touching (I had to do 2 batches to cook all my pieces.)
If using meat presses, gently place the meat presses over the top of the bacon, and let it cook for 3-4 minutes, until bacon reaches desired crispness. If NOT using meat presses, cook bacon for 3-5 minutes on one side, flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until bacon reaches desired crispness.
Place cooked pieces on a plate with paper towels on top and cover with another plate to keep warm while cooking the second batch.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All Blackstones cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own Blackstone and time adjusted as needed.
