Place 2 boneless pork chops in the bottom of your 2.5 quart, 3 quart OR 4 quart crock pot.
Pour your melted 2 tablespoons Butter evenly over all your pork chops.
Sprinkle the layer liberally with lemon pepper seasoning for more flavor or moderately for a more subtle flavor.
Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours or 1 hour on high, turning your insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
