How to Make Lemon Pepper Pork Chops for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I am huge fan of lemon pepper seasoning, and these Lemon Pepper Crock Pot Pork Chops do not disappoint! With only three ingredients, this recipe is really easy to throw together. Even better, you may already have all the ingredients in your fridge and pantry!

When using lemon pepper seasoning, I find that how much you need to use can vary quite a bit depending preference. That is the reason I do not have an exact measurement on the amount of lemon pepper seasoning. If you want a mild lemon pepper flavor, you will use a light sprinkling of the seasoning. However, if you want a bold flavor, you will want to be pretty heavy handed when seasoning. You can adjust the seasoning as you like!

(Psst…if you think this recipe sounds like something you would like to try but need more servings, you can find the original recipe here.)
