In a large skillet or micro cooker, brown and drain 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb ground Italian sausage together.
While your beef and sausage are cooking, add 4 teaspoons minced garlic, 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini, 24 oz Marinara Sauce and 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning to your 6 Quart Crock Pot.
Use the 1/2 cup beef broth to rinse out the marinara sauce jar and pour in the crock pot.
Pour the browned and drained beef and sausage in the crock pot and stir until everything is well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 1-1.5 hours or high for 30-45 minutes, stir everything well and sprinkle 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese and 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese evenly on top of everything.
Cover and cook on low for an additional 1-1.5 hours or high for an additional 30-45 minutes. It is done when your cheese is melted.
