Brown 1.5 lbs Italian ground sausage in a 6.5 Quart Ninja Foodi or 6 Quart Instant Pot with the saute feature.
Add 14 oz Can Beef Broth to scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pot and turn off saute feature.
Add 2 Cups Marinara Sauce, 1 Cup Water, 4 oz can sliced mushrooms (drained), 2.25 oz can sliced black olives (drained), 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning, and 1 Cup chopped pepperoni and stir.
Seal lid and cook on high pressure (with the warming feature off) for 15 minutes.
Naturally release for 15 minutes before turning to quick release.
Stir in 16 oz Cream Cheese (cubed) and serve topped with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

We’ve tested this recipe in a 6 quart Instant Pot and 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. When pressure cooking with larger pressure cookers, you may need to add 1/2 cup to 1 cup more liquid to reach pressure. Make sure not to overfill smaller pressure cookers past their max lines.
