Pour 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth into your 6.5 Quart Ninja Foodi or 7 Quart Electric Pressure Cooker.
Add 2 small onions (washed and cut into pieces), 24 oz bag petite gold potatoes (washed),16 oz bag baby carrots and 6 ribs celery (washed and sliced).
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Season both sides of 5 lb Whole Chicken with Steak Seasoning - To Taste and place on top of veggies.
Place 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary on top of chicken and seal the lid.
Cook at high pressure on manual for 35 minutes. Do not let the warming feature kick on.
Quick release and remove from heat immediately.

We’ve tested this recipe in a 6 quart Instant Pot and 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. When pressure cooking with larger pressure cookers, you may need to add 1/2 cup to 1 cup more liquid to reach pressure. Make sure not to overfill smaller pressure cookers past their max lines.
