Beat 2 large eggs in a bowl and roll 10 Chicken Legs in them one at a time.
Pour 1 Cup Favorite Breading Mix into a Gallon Sized Baggie and toss your coated legs in, seal and shake to coat.
Melt 2 tablespoons Bacon Fat and pour it in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Place your coated chicken legs in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Flip the chicken legs over and bake for approximately 20 more minutes, until the chicken reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
