How to Make Oven Fried Chicken Legs on a Stove Top
Aunt Lou here.
I wanted to make up enough chicken legs for my whole family without a lot of effort, so now you have this Oven Fried Chicken Legs recipe. I used Frying Magic, because that is what Momma used when Cris and I were kids, so it is my favorite. When I can’t get my hands on Frying Magic, I use Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, and we really like it too. You can use your favorite coating mix, but I thought I would share a couple that I have tried and had great success with when making this recipe. Whatever coating you prefer, I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did in my home.
(If this recipe sounds delicious to you, but you would rather use an air fryer, you can find that version of this recipe here.)
