Place 2 boneless, center cut pork chops in a small casserole crock pot, 2 quart crock pot, 3 quart crock pot or 4 quart crock pot.
Gently pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over the coated pork chops.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cover and cook 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours on low or 1 hour on high, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
