How to Make Parmesan Pork Chops for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Parmesan Crock Pot Pork Chops for Two recipe is a great way to have a delicious main dish with very little work. My family loves the original version, so I thought it was time for me to make a two serving adaptation. While this is not technically a dump and go recipe, it is definitely just as easy as one. You just have to melt the butter, grate the cheese and dump it all in. (I love using my handheld cheese grater like they use at Olive Garden. It makes grating fresh parmesan a cinch!) It is as simple as that!
