How to Make Parmesan Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I absolutely love how tender and delicious these Parmesan Crock Pot Pork Chops. I mean, come one, pork chops cooked in butter and Parmesan cheese?! What’s not to love! And when I say tender, I mean fork tender. You can just leave the knives in the knife block. They are so good.

To coat my pork chops, I used a wide, shallow soup bowl that Michael’s grandparents gave him years ago. I just quickly mixed up the Parmesan cheese and salt in the bowl and put my pork chops in one at a time. I would press the cheese mixture onto one side, flip the pork chop and press it onto the other side. It was so easy, and the wide, shallow soup bowl gave me the perfect width and depth to do this.
