This recipe was inspired by the Turkey Tetrazzini recipe in a great low carb cookbook called Keto Comfort Foods.
You can shred your own cabbage or buy the angel shredded cabbage in the salad aisle at the grocery store. Regardless, you will want your cabbage to be thinly shredded.
We like to use our 6 quart Ninja Slow Cooker to prepare this meal to make it a true one pot meal. We can saute the veggies in the pot on the browning setting and then turn it to slow cook the meal. If you don't have a browning slow cooker, you can saute your veggies on the stove and then slow cook in any 6 quart slow cooker.

All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
