Place the 2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs in a 6 quart crock pot.
Sprinkle your 1 pkg of taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour the undrained 20 oz diced tomatoes with chilies over chicken.
Rinse the 15 oz can of black beans, then add them on top.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2.5-3 hours,
Place chicken in a large bowl to shred with two forks or shred with two forks in your slow cooker, whichever you prefer.
Stir chicken back in with everything.
Serve on tortillas with favorite taco toppings.
