Put 12 oz chicken stuffing mix, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth and 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup in a mixing bowl, stir until well combined and set aside.
Sliced 14 oz smoked sausage and put the slices in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Add the stuffing mixture and 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese to the sausage slices and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours or high for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time.
Fluff the stuffing with a fork and serve.
