Brown and drain 1.5 lbs ground beef, add 1 oz packet taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water and stir until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine beef mixture, 15.5 oz can chili beans (undrained), 15.5 oz can light red kidney beans (drained) and 15.25 oz can black beans (drained) and stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 3.5 Quart Casserole Crock Pot or 6 Quart Crock Pot and spread out evenly.
Sprinkle 1 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese on top of everything.
Cover and cook 2 to 3 hours on low or 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes on high, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly (It is done when the cheese is completely melted.)
Sprinkle Fritos evenly across the top of the casserole just before serving.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
