Our Slow Cooker Bacon Cheddar Chicken is a low carb tried and true recipe that everyone loves! Tender chicken is layered with bacon, green onion and an incredible creamy cheesy topping.
We made this recipe in our Casserole Crock but you can make it in a 6 quart traditional crock pot.
We used boneless skinless chicken thighs but you could use chicken breasts or chicken tenders. Cooking times may vary.
This recipe works best if your cream cheese is VERY soft to mix with the other ingredients. If it isn’t soft, pop it in the microwave for 30 sec to make it nice and creamy to mix in.
We serve this with a slotted spoon or slotted spatula
