Are you looking for a great breakfast for busy mornings? Our Low Carb Breakfast Freezer Burritos are easy to make and so convenient to grab as you head out the door.
Layer cheese, egg and bacon on tortilla and wrap into a burrito.
Wrap burrito in the paper towel and set aside until you have made and wrapped all burritos.
Place burritos in a freezer bag, push out all air and seal. Freeze for up to a month.
To Reheat
To reheat your burrito, place it in the microwave still wrapped in the paper towel.
Cook on high for 60-90 seconds.
Carefully flip the burrito and cook for another 30-60 seconds. Cooking times will vary based on microwaves, tortillas used and how full the burritos are.
Once heated through, allow to sit for a minute or two before handling. Then unwrap the paper towel and enjoy!

These burritos are around 8 NET Carbs per burrito using the exact ingredients we used divided into 16 burritos. You can lower carb counts by spreading ingredients out to make more burritos.
We use Carb Balance Tortillas to make these burritos low carb. You can use any low carb tortilla.
Number of freezer burritos will vary based on how big your tortillas are and how full you fill them.
