Ever since we did our Ninja Foodi Review, our Crock Posse has been asking us to show how we make our biscuits in an air fryer. So today we are showing you how! If you are interested in our Low Carb Cheddar Bay Biscuit Recipe, you can find it here.

Long time readers will know that we do NOT enjoy baking in our RV oven. In our Camper Kitchen, we prefer to use our crockpots, Instant Pot, Ninja Multicooker and now Ninja Foodi to cook the majority of our food while we travel. We absolutely love how the Ninja Foodi bakes up our biscuits for breakfast or as dinner bread!

Ingredients

  • 1 Batch Biscuit Dough (See note for our recipe)

Instructions

  • Place up to 6 biscuits in air fryer basket giving plenty of room around each biscuit. We prefer to bake our biscuits directly in the basket, but you could use this pan if you desire a smoother texture on the bottom.
  • Bake at 400 on Air Crisper or Baking setting for 8 minutes.
  • Check biscuits for doneness, flipping if necessary and baking additional 1-2 minutes if not quite done.
  • Carefully remove biscuits from basket while hot so they do not stick to the basket.
