Coffee Chat with Cris
I don’t know about you, but these days I can use all the encouragement I can get. So I got to thinking the other day about a little idea I’ve had for quite some time…. and so, Goode Times Weekly was born.
Goode Times Weekly is an e-magazine dedicated to Recipes That Crock Readers and As Goode As It Get Viewers. This weekly collection of recipes, videos and stories is meant to encourage, and inspire all of us to Laugh Often, Eat GOODe Food and Speak Life!
So pull up a chair to our kitchen table and sit a spell as we share some yummy recipes and resources, while shooting the breeze about everything from camping to great books to homeschooling to everyday life. Our hope is that we can encourage each other along the ways.

Try This: If You Liked Our Perfect Pot Roast Recipe, Try This Recipe
If you liked our Perfect Crock Pot Roast, we would recommend that you try another flavorful roast recipe that we just love. Both of these roasts are really easy to throw together and great for beginners. However, the recipe we are recommending has a bit of a different flavor that leaves everyone asking for the recipe! Do you have a favorite recipe on the site and would love a recommendation in a future issue? Let us know.
Reader Questions: Do We Have a Cookbook for Sale?
I am often asked by readers if we have a cookbook for sale. My answer is always not yet, but maybe some day. Truth be told, I am hesitant to pour so much time into something without knowing that it will be what you guys are looking for… so today I decided to fix that by asking you what kind of cookbook would meet your needs.
If you are interested in purchasing a cookbook from us in the future, please fill out this quick form to help us know more about what kind of book would best fit your needs.
Homeschool Hacks: Encouragement for the New Homeschool Mom
Hey there new homeschool mom.
I see you.
I’ve been there.
School isn’t exactly how you had planned it to be and overwhelm has taken a seat at your kitchen table.
There are almost as many unknowns as there are new things to learn and manage and if we are being really honest, our plates were already too full.
If you got a minute, this old homeschool mom has a few thoughts to share that will hopefully encourage you.

Words of Wisdom: You Can’t Be Everybody’s Cup of Tea
Have you heard the old saying that “You can’t be everyone’s cup of tea, especially when you’re coffee”?
It has helped me put things in perspective a lot over the years.
I learned that people often say things according to what they were looking for… and if they were looking for tea, coffee isn’t going to please them.
I also learned that people tend to see you from where they are mentally, emotionally, spiritually, etc.
Music Man Minute: New Single Release
Mikey has been hard at work in the studio. Here is his latest single off his upcoming new album.
