Ding, ding, ding… we found our go-to recipe. I LOVE that this recipe starts with Fresh Spinach –something we always have on hand. Seriously. I always buy two huge tubs of spinach at the grocery store for Puddie’s Peanut Butter Spinach Shakes… Yes, I know that sounds gross but they are surprisingly good and don’t taste like spinach…
Anyhoo… back to the dip (which consequently ISN’T as good for you as the shake– but life is all about balance, right?). I also love that this recipe doesn’t require pre-wilting or anything. I can toss it all into the crock and I am good to go!

Now if you don’t like cheese there is something wrong with you you may want to opt for a different recipe– this one is a cheese lover’s dream.
Also, I got to use my latest obsession Freeze Dried Garlic. Don’t worry, you can use regular garlic if you’d like. But if you like using it, this recipe is perfect for it!
You just dump all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook up until smooth.
Then you serve it up piping hot with your favorite dippers. We love the Flip Sides Pretzel Crackers with it.

Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Dip

14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts- Drained and Chopped

Hey Cris, just thought you should know we tried this recipe and it was wonderful. My 14 yr old is trying to go vegetarian for a couple of weeks to see if I can make her like it. So I pulled this one out and mixed it with some cooked rice!! Talk about a great side dish for your honey! You would be a big winner with it.
