    […] People always ask for this recipe after tasting it – it’s that yummy!  Whenever I tell them how to make this, people are surprised that no liquids are added.  Trust me, it’s not needed.  Juices will pull from the meat itself and it will be plenty moist and tender – I promise.  For those that are sensitive to spice, I would only use half of the can of chipotles.  I can handle about medium spiciness and the full can is just fine for me.  Try this and let me know what you think!  For some more awesome crock pot recipes – checkout this blogger roundup here!
