Low Carb Cauliflower Fried Rice Notes
- We used a bagged riced cauliflower, broccoli, green onion and carrot mix found in our salad section at the grocery store for this recipe. You can use plain frozen riced cauliflower instead or you can finely chop up your own veggies for your dish. We have made it using both the fresh salad mix and the frozen plain riced cauliflower. Just toss it in frozen.
- We prefer to make this dish with sesame oil, however, we have made it with other cooking oils in a pinch.
