Aunt Lou here.

We absolutely loved this Crock Pot Pork Stuffing Casserole which was inspired by a mix of the Easy Crock Pot Chicken Stuffing Casserole recipe Cris made and the Crock Pot Pork Loin with Gravy recipe I made. It was super simple to throw together and loved by all in my house. I’m guessing you and yours will love it as well!

How to Make Pork Stuffing Casserole in a Crock Pot

Combine broth and stuffing mix and set aside. Put cubed pork, soup and mix in crock pot and stir well. Top with stuffing after all broth is absorbed. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, turning halfway through if your crock pot doesn’t cook evenly.

  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

Do you have to cook the pork first or just put raw cubed tenderloin in with the other ingredients?

You put it in raw. If you need to cook it first, we will note that in the ingredient list. Enjoy!

    Just one question.
What do you do with the gravy seasoning?

      Hi Ava!

You add it in step 2. It is the “mix” I mention in that step.
