I LOVE this soup. It tastes like a really good steakhouse burger in a bowl. I love the savory flavor and the pickle juice adds the perfect flavor. You HAVE to try it!

Notes on Low Carb Crock Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

  • Our original inspiration for this soup came from a Cheddar Cheese soup found in Easy Ketogenic Diet Slow Cooking.
  • We used our Ninja Slow Cooker to make this dish so that we could brown our meat in the unit before slow cooking. However, you can use a regular slow cooker and brown in a skillet ahead of time.
  • You can use our Air Fryer Bacon method to fry your bacon for this soup.
  • You can find more low carb recipes in our Low Carb Recipe Library that we update weekly.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
  • Looking for more recipes? Our Recipe Finder can help you find exactly what you need.
  • Check out all our favorite recommendations for cookbooks, slow cookers and low carb essentials in our Amazon Influencer Shop.
  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
