These Crock Pot Mini Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers are great as an appetizer or side dish. Simple to make and quickly devoured, these mini stuffed peppers are a hit at parties or as a delicious treat of a side dish.

I just love these little peppers. They taste like sweet bell peppers, but they are much smaller and perfect for this tasty treat. I converted this recipe from an oven recipe in one of my favorite new cookbooks- 150 Recipes in a 13 x 9 Pan. I just love how easy they were to make and how yummy they turned out! I LOVED using my casserole crock because it let the peppers spread out
Crock Pot Mini Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients for Crock Pot Mini Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
- 1 lb Mini Sweet Peppers- Washed, Cut in Half Long-wise, Seeded
- 1 lb Ground Sausage- Browned and Drained
- 12 oz Cream Cheese – Softened (1 1/2 blocks)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
How to Make Mini Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers in a Slow Cooker
- In a bowl, mix the sausage, cream cheese, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Fill peppers with mixture and spread out peppers in a casserole crock or 6 quart slow cooker, layering when necessary.
- Cook on high for 1-2 hours until peppers become tender. Cool the mini cream cheese stuffed peppers briefly before serving. Filling will be hot.
