Crock Pot Apple Cinnamon Bread Notes:

  • When you make this bread, you will want to make sure your bread pan fits in your crock pot before you start pulling your batter together. You don’t want to have your batter ready to go only to find out your bread pan doesn’t fit!
  • I added a little more cinnamon than the original recipe because we love cinnamon and it turned out great! If you are not much of a cinnamon fan, then you can cut the cinnamon in half.
  • I used good ol’ Cera (my 6 Quart Crock Pot with Ceramic Coated Pot) for this recipe and she did a great job! You will want to use a crock pot that your bread pan will fit in, so you will probably need a 6 quart of bigger, depending on the size of your bread pan.
  • As with any of our recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

  3. This looks so good and easy to make. We love all things cinnamon and apple. One question…what size bread pan did you use? Can’t wait to make this. Thanks!

      Hi Mary!

I used a Pampered Chef Stoneware Bread Pan (see referral link below). It didn’t fill it up all the way, so you could probably get away with a little bit smaller pan, but you don’t want it so full that the bread ends up touching the foil. Enjoy!

Never tried baking in a crock pot before, for this recipe I will use my Ninja all in one cooker, what I like about it is you can cook on low, medium and high and also if it calls to place in the oven all I have to do is select the oven put in temperature and bake. It also is a slow cooker which is 6 quarts and the bowl is oblong which will allow me to use a bread pan with no problems. Can any apples be used in this recipe as I like red, golden apples.

      Hi Randolph!

I have heard a lot of good things about Ninjas. I may have to try one out soon! I have only tried this recipe with Gala apples, but I would think that Golden Delicious would work well too. If you try it out, let me know how it goes! Enjoy!

  5. Doris Duffany says:

where would I find a bred pan to fit my crockpot?

    1. 5 stars
      Hi Doris!

I have a Pampered Chef stoneware bread pan that I used. If you are buying one, you will need to measure your crock pot and compare the measurements to the sizes of bread pans at the store. Enjoy!

  6. Adele Aiken says:

for the bread, do you place a rack in the crockpot or just pour in the water and put the pan in directly?

    1. 5 stars
      Hi Adele!

You use the rack after the bread is done. For cooking, you pour the water into your crock pot and place your bread pan on top. Enjoy!
