How to Make Low Carb Beefy Vegetable Soup in a Slow Cooker
Cris here.
This low carb soup is a big time family favorite around here. I have made this several times on the road and when we are home. In fact, just yesterday I heard them fighting over the last of the leftovers! Guess it is time to make another pot. Thankfully, it is easy to put together and full of flavor.
One of the stars of this soup are the radishes. They are a great substitution for potatoes in this soup texture-wise and take on the flavor of the soup.

Hi Roxana-
There is a red print button at the top of every post and a print button at the bottom of every post inside the big red header of the recipe card. Hope that helps!
