Loaded twice baked potato casserole. It is so yummy. And so much quicker than making it “the old-fashioned way” which was how my Mom did it.

The recipe that makes me feel at home has to be, pork roast with new potatoes and green beans. I used to spend my summers,growing up, with my grandma. She would always ask me what I wanted her to make me for dinner and pork roast was usually my first request of the summer.

The recipe I loved most growing up was my Aunt Ginny`s banana pudding, just completed and still warm. The vanilla wafers were still crunchy. And she made the best fried chicken, too. I miss her, and her cooking.

The beef stew is the one that I think about on home my momma would fix a big pot of it and cornbread . And we all would run to the table ,she made a big pot and there was always a lot and we would all get to have 2 bowls of it .and now when I would make it my seven runs to the table.

The pork roast and veggies….yum. My mom can cook a roast of any kind and it melts in your mouth. This is awesome because it cookedi in the crockpot and my mom cooked hers all day for hours on Sunday. Sunday’s growing up.
