Mix together your flour and spices in a bowl. Dredge your chops through your flour mixture so that they are coated well. Place coated pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased 4-quart crock pot. Mix together 1/2-1 cup of your flour mixture with equal parts milk and gently pour around your chops. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until our chops reach safe internal temperature.

Easy Crock Pot Savory Pork Chops Recipe Notes

  • If you want more of a gravy, you will want to use 1 cup of flour mixture and 1 cup of milk as your measurements. If you want more of a coating instead of a gravy, then use 1/2 cup of each instead.

  • As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

      Hi Sheila!

If you have an oven safe bowl that will fit inside your crock pot, you can place the bowl in the 6-quart slow cooker and pour water into the crock pot (and outside the bowl) until it is about halfway up the bowl. In step 3, you will place your chops in the bowl and follow the rest of the recipe as if the bowl is your 4-quart slow cooker. Watch it closely the first time you do it to make sure you adjust the timing as needed. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!
