Do you just love new crockpot recipes as much as I do? Then you will definitely want to check out Gooseberry Patch’s new 101 Super-Easy Slow-Cooker Recipes Cookbook.

101SESCR_cover

If you have been checking out some of our recent recipes here on Recipes That Crock, you may have noticed we have been cRockin’ up all kinds of GOODe things from this book for the last few weeks!

That is because the GOODe people from Gooseberry Patch sent me a copy to try out all kinds of yumminess and a copy to give one lucky Recipes That Crock Reader!

Gooseberry Patch Cookbook

This cookbook is divided into four sections full of very simple and delicious recipes and we have had a tasty time testing them out!

Crock Pot Parsley Potatoes

Hands down, my favorite find in this book are the Parsley Potatoes that now make a regular appearance on my dinner menus ever since  I discovered them.

$$$ Money Saving Tip $$$

I have found that if you buy the baby reds or baby butter golds loose (where you bag and weigh them yourself) vs. in the 3-5lb bags you can usually save about half the price!

Coney Dog Recipe

Another find in this book is the party-perfect freezer-friendly Coney Dog  Recipe. What a great recipe to keep on hand.

***Time Saving Tip***

Puddie loves to throw the dogs right into the chili dog sauce to cook up about an hour before serving. That man is quite brilliant if I do say so myself 😉 .

Hawaiian Ham and Pineapple Sandwiches

Another great recipe to cRock up your next get-together menu is this one for Crock Pot Hawaiian Sandwiches.

Crockpot Chinese 5 Spice Chicken

Is chicken for dinner getting a bit boring? Switch things up with the unique flavor from this Chinese Five Spice Slow Cooker Chicken recipe.

Crockpot Beef SandwichesLast but not least is a recipe I will share with you tomorrow… Sweet and Savory Beef. Yum!

Enter to Win

I just love the diverse selection of recipes I found in 101 Super-Easy Slow-Cooker Recipes and I think you will too!

Now for the part you are waiting for ;) How about a giveaway of this great book? GP sent me a copy for one of you too! To enter, just leave a comment below about which one of the recipes above you’d like to try.

Contest runs until midnight on  4/15/14 and winner will be notified via email and have 48 hrs to respond before new winner will be chosen. Winning book will only be shipped within the continental U.S.

GOODe Luck!

If I have to narrow it down to just one it would be the parsley potatoes. All of them sound so good and would be awesome to add to my collection though.
