Are you looking for a great go-to beef sandwich recipe to keep on hand for company? Or better yet, to keep in the freezer for last minute guests? This Sweet and Savory Beef recipe from Gooseberry Patch’s new 101 Super-Easy Slow-Cooker Recipes Cookbook fits the ticket!
- 12 oz can of beer
- 1 cup brown sugar-packed
- 24 oz ketchup
- 3-4 lb boneless beef roast
- Stir together beer, sugar and ketchup.
- Place roast in crockpot and pour mixture over top.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred and serve on buns.
