How to Grill Pork Steaks on a Ninja Foodi Grill

We love grilled pork steaks. I have enjoyed them since I was a kid. Pork shoulder steaks are less expensive than beef steaks, but they are super flavorful and very easy to make. I don’t like any special seasonings. I just prefer a but of meat tenderizer and that’s it! Throw ’em on the grill. If you haven’t tried them, I think you might be surprised at how good they are… give it a try!

Notes on Grilling Pork Steaks

  • Cooking times can vary based on thickness and size of steaks.
  • Pork steaks should be cooked to at least an internal temperature of 145 degrees with a 3 minute rest.
  • We like to use the Ninja Foodi Grill as an indoor option for our grill recipes.

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Pork Steaks
  • Meat Tenderizer to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
  • Season steaks with meat tenderizer to taste.
  • In batches (if necessary) grill steaks 7 minutes on each side or until steaks reach at least an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  • Allow steaks to rest 3 minutes before serving.
