Aunt Lou here.
When I first saw this recipe, I almost skipped over it. Y’all know how much I love a good simple recipe, so when I saw a long list of ingredients, I didn’t think it would be simple at all. I am so glad I took a look and saw that it IS simple to make!
Crock Pot BBQ Steak Sandwiches
Yes, there are a lot of ingredients, but take heart, there aren’t a lot of steps! And all those ingredients? They make up one yummy sauce for your steak to cook up in and soak up!
Note: Also, this recipe calls for boneless beef round steak. If you can’t find that at your local grocery store, you can use another steak or roast cut of the same weight.

Slow Cooker Recommendation
For these delicious Crock Pot BBQ Steak Sandwiches, I used my Travel Crock Pot. You are going to need a biggin’ to fit all of this in there, so I would recommend at least a 6 quart one.
