How to Make Beefy Cheesy Mac in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Crock Pot Beefy Cheesy Mac recipe takes a favorite comfort food side dish and bumps it up to a delicious main dish with ground beef, garlic and evaporated milk. While it has more ingredients than regular mac and cheese, it is still a super easy recipe. This recipe is also a recipe where you can substitute ground turkey, if you are wanting to save a little money.

Check out what our readers have to say about this recipe.

Reader Antiemm says: “What a great dish!”

Reader Sue says: “This is my husbandโ€™s favorite meal. Heโ€™d eat it couple times a week, if I made it. Iโ€™ve tried other beef Mac and cheese recipes, but this one is by far the best. The evaporated milk makes it so creamy. I season my ground meat when browning and cook noodles al dente. Always turns out great!! Thanks so much for recipe.”

Reader Cindy M. says: “Very good, very cheesy. Will make again. Followed recipe. Makes a lot. Ate it for a couple of days for dinner. Passed some to my neighbor. He liked it too. His wife was visiting family, so I fed him for dinner.”

Reader Mirimexo says: โ€œItโ€™s very easy and yummy! Thank you!โ€

Reader Elly says: โ€œThis was really delicious! So cheesy and flavorful. Would definitely make this againโ€ฆโ€
