How to Make Low Carb Old Bay Chicken Legs in the Slow Cooker

Cris here.

The other day I was flipping through one of my favorite low carb cookbooks, Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen by Carolyn Ketchum and I saw her recipe for Old Bay Chicken Wings. It got me thinking about my favorite Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Legs and so I thought I would try using Old Bay (one of my favorite spice mixes) using my crock pot method and the results were so good!

Optional Step for Chicken Legs in Crock Pot:

When making Crock Pot Old Bay Chicken Legs (drumsticks), you can take the optional step of broiling the chicken after you are done slow cooking to crisp up the skin. Just place chicken on a lined cookie sheet (with foil or a liner), brush juices over the top of the chicken and broil for a few minutes on each side. Watch VERY closely so your chicken does not overcook. I always stand right beside my broiler the entire time my chicken is broiling.
