32 years ago I received my crockpot as a wedding gift and am trying to learn how to cook in it. I
have only cooked Corn Beef and Cabbage in it all these years, but just cooked the Corn Cassarole recipe for a potluck last week and everyone loved it. I had only cooked it in the oven before. The crockpot recipe was better and so moist.

    1. DeAnna-
So glad you loved it! I am a huge corn casserole fan and I much prefer it in the crock pot too! We make it every holiday that way. Good luck on your slow cooking adventure and I hope you enjoy the site! ~ Cris
