Aunt Lou here.

When I adapted this Easy Crock Pot Ravioli Soup recipe I found in Gooseberry Patch’s 303 ‘Round the Clock Recipes into a Crock Pot Recipe, I thought it would be good. What I didn’t know was how flavorful it would be! Oh. My. Yum. My family devoured it in two days flat. This would be great for a family meal or to take to a pitch-in (what use Southern Hoosiers call a potluck). It is so easy and so flavorful, this is sure to become an instant family favorite!

My husband said it was better than the canned ravioli he loves.
I added sour cream before adding cheese to give it a bit more creaminess.

  2. Do you use cheese ravioli or meat.o e?
