Aunt Lou here.
We had a roast in the fridge that I needed to use or freeze. I really didn’t want to freeze it and have then have thaw it later, so I started rummaging through our cabinets. I found the ingredients for this Easy Crock Pot Roast and had it throw together in under 5 minutes. This would be the perfect recipe to throw together quickly in the morning and let your crock pot do the work all day! Michael was floored by the flavor of this recipe, and I bet you will be too!
