How to Make Ribs in an Electric Pressure Cooker
Cris here.
I love making these ribs. They are super quick and turn out tender every time. I like to make them so tender that the meat falls off the bone and I shred the meat before serving. If you prefer a firmer rib, just reduce your cooking time. They are great either way!
Ninja Foodi cooks can try our optional air crisp step. (Oven users could use their broiler if desired.) The air crisp step in this recipe is optional, but takes the flavor and texture to another level. Yum!
Low Carb Options for This Recipe
We enjoy this recipe with our favorite Low Carb BBQ Sauce. You could also make your own Homemade Low Carb BBQ Sauce.
For recipes that involve sandwiches, we either eat as a salad, on a low carb bun, in a low carb tortilla or low carb lavash wrap.

Hello from Lexington, North Carolina!💗 This looks easy and delicious! I’ve never cooked ribs, guess I’m a bit intimidated by them. I don’t know anything about preparing them. I may have to try sometime. Thank You! 💗
Hey Kim!
You can totally do it! Very yummy and super easy!
You can also do them in the oven. Slow and low in tin foil. By Aldi’s ribs. They always turn out for me.
You can do this!! Just remember to broil in the oven for a few minutes if you put the sauce on the ribs! Pressure cooker is awesome for this.
