This is a great recipe when you need a delicious dinner on a chaotic evening. It takes less than an hour from the time you start to the time you are sitting down for dinner. I love when a recipe is simple, fast, filling and wonderfully yummy! This recipe is just that!
We absolutely love this delicious twist on meatloaf. It is a great way to have a family favorite meal, but change it up a bit. It is like having taco night and meatloaf night all in one!
You can top this recipe with your favorite toppings like sour cream, salsa, shredded taco blend cheese or nothing at all! It is a great one to make your own!

Ingredients Needed
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cup oats or cracker crumbs
- 2 egg
- 2 oz taco seasoning (2-1 oz packets)
- favorite taco toppings garnish
Equipment Needed
- Large bowl
- 9 x 13 baking dish
- Oven
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Taco Meatloaf Oven Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cup oats or cracker crumbs
- 2 egg
- 2 oz taco seasoning (2-1 oz packets)
- favorite taco toppings garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375
- Mix together all of your ingredients, except garnish, in a bowl
- Lightly spray your baking dish with cooking spray
- Form your meat mixture into a loaf, place in your 9×13 baking dish and make a groove down the middle (It will not fill up your entire pan. There will be room around the loaf. It is okay.)
- Bake for 30 minutes, turning your dish halfway through cooking if your oven does not cook evenly (It is done when your meatloaf reaches safe internal temperature) Serve with favorite taco toppings
