    Ingredients

    Instructions

    • If desired, place the silicone liner in your 6 quart Ninja Foodi or 7 quart Air Fryer and preheat to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
    • Put your chicken tenders in a gallon size baggie, pour in your extra virgin olive oil, close baggie and gently shake the tenders around until all of them are coated.
    • Open the baggie, sprinkle in your taco seasoning, close baggie, and gently shake until the tenders are well coated.
    • Place 3 or 4 chicken tenders, in one layer with them not touching, in your Ninja Foodi or 7 quart air fryer. (I could fit 4 large tenders in my Ninja Foodi.)
    • Air fry for 4-5 minutes at 390 degrees. (The timing will depend on the size of your tenders. If they are smaller, start with 4 minutes. If they are large, start with 5 minutes.)
    • Flip your chicken tenders and air fryer for an additional 4-5 minutes, until the internal temperature of your chicken tenders reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • If a second batch is required, place the first batch on a plate and cover with aluminum foil while you wait for the other chicken tenders to cook.
    • Repeat cooking time for remaining chicken tenders, if needed.
    • You can serve them as they are or cut then into bite size pieces to be used in tacos, burritos, taco salad, quesadillas, etc.
