  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

How to Make Sweet Honey BBQ Hot Dogs in a Crock Pot

  1. Mix together your onion, brown sugar, honey, vinegar and ketchup
  2. Pour just enough of your mixture into a 4-quart slow cooker (I used my 4-quart Crock Pot) to barely cover the bottom
  3. Place your hot dogs on top and cover with remaining mixture
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours
  5. Serve on hot dog buns

Sweet Crock Pot Honey BBQ Hot Dogs Recipe Notes:

  • A fun way to change this up would be to use cheese hot dogs! Yum!
  • As with any of our recipes, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly depending on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish.
  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.

I’ve been looking for the recipe for a low carb, creamy cheese dip you had on recently. It had 2 cups Swiss cheese, 2 cups mott. cheese, a little mayo, but I can’t find the recipe. I don’t think you had meat in it. You said you normally don’t care for Swiss cheese, but in here was it was good. My mouth is watering. I have the cheese. I couldn’t find the recipe on the recipe finder. Help please.
