Sweet Crock Pot Honey BBQ Hot Dogs

Ingredients for Sweet Crock Pot Honey BBQ Hot Dogs

  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 16 oz pkg hot dogs
  • hot dog buns

How to Make Sweet Honey BBQ Hot Dogs in a Crock Pot

  1. Mix together your onion, brown sugar, honey, vinegar and ketchup
  2. Pour just enough of your mixture into a 4-quart slow cooker (I used myย 4-quart Crock Pot) to barely cover the bottom
  3. Place your hot dogs on top and cover with remaining mixture
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours
  5. Serve on hot dog buns

  1. I’ve been looking for the recipe for a low carb, creamy cheese dip you had on recently. It had 2 cups Swiss cheese, 2 cups mott. cheese, a little mayo, but I can’t find the recipe. I don’t think you had meat in it. You said you normally don’t care for Swiss cheese, but in here was it was good. My mouth is watering. I have the cheese. I couldn’t find the recipe on the recipe finder. Help please.
