How to Make Scrambled Eggs in an Air Fryer

Cris here.

I absolutely love fluffy scrambled eggs. My go-to fluffy eggs are my Crock Pot Scrambled Eggs. I make them about once a week. We love to eat them as a breakfast side and we also love to use in them in breakfast burritos. So, the other day I started testing how I could maybe make them a little quicker and in smaller batches for when we don’t have a lot of eggs on hand.

I was very happy with the results of these scrambled eggs in my Ninja Foodi using the Air Crisp feature. You can also use a traditional air fryer. Not only were they fluffy, they also had yummy golden edges with incredible flavor.

Notes on Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

  • We used an oven safe metal pan inside of our air fryer . You can use any oven safe bowl.
  • This recipe is an adaptation of our Crock Pot Scrambled Eggs.
  • You can use these eggs to make or Freezer Breakfast Burritos.
  • We made these fluffy eggs in our Ninja Foodi using the air crisp feature, however you can use a traditional air fryer.
  • Do not over-stir your eggs at the end or they will loose their fluffiness. Stir just enough to get them pulled away from the sides and to bring the raw egg to the top.

  • I have tried this recipe with cheddar instead of mozzarella and I did NOT like the results. The cheddar was too oily and the flavor was not as good. Mozzarella may seem like an odd choice, but trust me on this one ;).

Oh my god! These are the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. No changes made except I cooked my eggs right in the ninja foodi pot.

I’ll never make scrambled eggs another way again! Thank you!

Hello! Do you have an updated link for the steel oven safe bowl you have in your video? The link you currently have takes me to amazon and is an entire bundle of air fryer accessories and it all has a nonstick coating. I’m particularly interested in the silver bowl you used, thank you!
