How to Make Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole in an Oven
Aunt Lou here.
This Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole oven recipe is one of those recipes that is great for breakfast, brunch or as a dessert. I love a dish that can serve multiple purposes, don’t you?! (Psst…if you want to make this recipe in your crock pot, you can find that recipe here. If you would like to make this recipe as a Monkey Bread recipe in your oven, you can find that recipe here.)
Here is a quick tip on how to easily and quickly quarter your cinnamon rolls. I take three to four rolls stacked on top of each other and cut them in half. Then I take each stack of halves and cut them in half. That makes quartering up a couple tubes of cinnamon rolls a snap to do.

- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoon
- Small microwavable bowl or coffee cup
- Large mixing bowl
- Stirring spatula
- 9 x 13 baking dish
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes, plus any extra time it takes for your oven to preheat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cooking Time: 50 to 60 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, turning your baking dish halfway through cooking if your oven doesn’t cook evenly (It is done when the casserole is set and the top is golden.)
