How to Make Cheddar Bacon Ranch Potatoes in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I made this Crock Pot Cheddar Bacon Ranch Potatoes recipe about as easy as I could, short of using frozen diced potatoes. The only prep work you have to do is wash four medium size russet potatoes and cut them into small cubes and melt some butter. That’s it! The rest of the ingredients just get dumped in the crock pot. The results are an incredibly flavorful side dish! Bing, bang, boom!

To say this was a hit at my house is an understatement. My family devoured this recipe. I usually get some complaints if I don’t peel the potatoes first. Not this time! We started everyone off with a small portion, as we usually do with a new recipe. Everyone wanted more! We are a family of four, and the only leftovers we had fit into a very small container. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
