I had to adapt this Crock Pot Cheesy Salsa Hashbrown Casserole recipe a bit from the original one I found in Gooseberry Patch’s Almost Homemade, but it turned out perfectly! My kiddos weren’t the only ones who loved this. I, too, thought the flavor was wonderful, and it was super easy to make!

How to Make Cheesy Salsa Hashbrown Casserole in a Crock Pot

In a large bowl, mix together all of your ingredients, except your cheese. Pour your mixture into a lightly greased Casserole Crock or 6-quart crock potย and top with cheese. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-1.5 hours.
