Crock Pot Creamy Italian Chicken Noodles Notes:
- I used my West Bend 6-Quart Round Slow Cooker for this one. I don’t use it often, but it worked out pretty well for this recipe. I used Cris’ trick with water and a smaller baking dish to cook the chicken, then when I added the noodles, I used the regular crock. It worked perfectly!

- If you ever want to treat a friend, this is the recipe to make them. A friend of mine tried these out and was quite impressed with the yumminess of these Crock Pot Creamy Italian Noodles.
- I would highly recommend making a double batch of these noodles, or you may be like me and a little sad to see the leftovers all gone VERY quickly!

Can I double the recipe? If I can, how much longer should I cook it .
It looks absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to try it.
Thank you.
I haven’t tried doubling it, but I think it would work in a 6 or 8 quart crock pot without using the bowl in the insert at the beginning. The cooking time should be similar to the original recipe. As always, you will want to watch it closely the first time you make it so you can know the exact timing needed for your specific unit. If you give it a try, let me know how it goes!
It looks like it will be delicious. Can’t wait to try.
You’re gonna love it Connie! So yummy!
Enjoy!

This looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it. I do have a question, in the instructions it say’s “chicken should be tender and check with a meat thermometer. What should the chicken temp. be? Thanks so much.
Hi Joann!
Chicken should be cooked to 165 degrees. Our friend Marybeth has a great post that tells you the safe cooking temperatures for different kinds of meat. (Link below) Enjoy!
