How to Make Crustless Pizza in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This Crustless Crock Pot Pizza recipe is so good. One of the great things about it is that it is very hearty and doesn’t really need any side dishes, so you can invest all your food dollars into this one dish. If you want to make it with ground sausage instead of ground beef to save some money, it will still be super yummy. I also recommend getting the store brand pepperonis (if you want them on your pizza), you can get a lot more bang for your buck over the name brand pepperoni, and the leftover pepperoni (because a bunch more is in the package) is great as a snack on crackers.
