How to Make Easy Beef Roast in a Crock Pot

Crock Pot Easy Beef Roast Notes:

  • If your roast is not tender, then it isn’t done. Keep on cooking!
  • I highly recommend cooking this recipe on low. With beef, low and slow works wonders even on tough cuts of meat.
  • Michael and I both loved shredding the beef and putting it and the juices over brown rice. SOO yummy!

  • All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline and shouldย always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
