How to Make this Easy Meatloaf in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
This Easy Crock Pot Meatloaf is so flavorful and super moist. Right after Michael’s first bite of this incredible meatloaf, he went on and on about how great it tasted. I agreed!
When you are making a meatloaf, there is an easy way to make sure that you do not end up with a dry meatloaf. It has to do with your ground beef. If you use a ground beef with at least 15% fat, the resulting meatloaf will be moist. Be aware that there will be cooking juices and grease in your crock pot when the recipe is finished. I always use a slotted spatula to serve it up and haven’t had any complaints!
